In 2009, City Council established a municipal court system for the City of Castle Pines, which went into effect Jan. 1, 2010.

Municipal court will be held at 5:30 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the CPN Community Center, 7404 Yorkshire Dr. Castle Pines, CO 80108.

Offenders will be notified of court dates upon receiving traffic citations.

Among its judicial powers, the municipal court can:

• Impose fines and penalties
• Enforce subpoenas
• Punish contempt of court to enforce court orders

Payments can be submitted in person to the Deputy City Clerk at the Castle Pines City office at 7501 Village Square Drive, Suite 100.  Only exact cash or checks are accepted here.  Payments can still be submitted through the U.S. Postal Service. Please mail your infraction payment to:
