Mayor Maureen Shul will be at the Safeway Starbucks, 560 Castle Pines Parkway, from
4 p.m.-6 p.m. on
Monday, Oct. 19, for the next "Meet the Mayor" event.
The informal gathering gives Castle Pines North citizens an opportunity to come and ask questions, offer comments and share their ideas about the City of Castle Pines North.
Citizens also are invited to attend the next City Council meeting, which is also serving as the public hearing for The Canyons annexation process,
6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at DCS Montessori School Gymnasium, 311 Castle Pines Parkway. An agenda will be posted online the day before the meeting on the home page of
www.castlepinesgov.com.

Join the Transparency and Financial Accountability Task Force
The city is now accepting applications for the Transparency and Financial Accountability (TAFA) Task Force. The TAFA Task Force will be an avenue for citizen input into financial and reporting matters of the city. The application form and further details are available by contacting the Deputy City Clerk
