To all Castle Pines North citizens:

City Council is looking to fill the City Clerk position. Letters of interest and/or résumés will be accepted until close of business tomorrow, Jan. 22.

The City Clerk will serve a two-year term. This position is volunteer-based; therefore the Clerk will not be compensated. By state law, Council can appoint a city clerk, but they are open to submissions for the volunteer position. The City Council will make their final decision on or after Feb. 9.

If you are interested in applying to serve as Castle Pines North’s city clerk beginning in 2010, please submit your letter of interest and/or résumé to Deputy City Clerk Carl Kollmar by close of business tomorrow, Jan. 22.
