Public hearing on proposed 2011 budget scheduled for tonight

A reminder that City Council has received the proposed 2011 budget and will take citizen comments on the draft during the required public hearing to be held as part of tonight’s regular City Council meeting, which starts at 7 p.m. PLEASE NOTE LOCATION CHANGE: This meeting is being held at the Castle Pines Community Church, 7280 Lagae Road, Suite O.

City officials expect that the hearing will be continued to the Nov. 23 regular City Council meeting. A copy of the draft 2011 budget is available on the City’s website at www.castlepinesgov.com.

Reminder: City offices closed for Veteran’s Day

City offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11 in honor of Veterans Day, reopening Friday at 8 a.m. We thank all past and current members of our Armed Forces who have given and sacrificed so much for our country.
